IEC is back to work following Hurricane Irma

Dear customers and friends, IEC is very fortunate that Hurricane Irma's damage in our area was very minimal. Our facility made it through with no damage other than some downed trees. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. We are back up and running today (Tuesday 9/12) and ready to serve your endoscopic parts needs. We confirmed that UPS is running shipments today. Bending Section Repair

We have an inventory of 160 Series Complete Upper Control Bodies available. Please contact us for details.

IEC will now offer optical repairs for CCDs that are still installed in flexible endoscopes.

In an effort to further assist our customers in the service field of endoscopes, IEC will now offer optical repairs for CCDs that are still installed in flexible endoscopes.  The guidelines for these repairs are as follows:

SEE IMAGES FOR VISUAL UNDERSTANDING OF GUIDELINES.

1. For accessibility purposes the camera shall be at least 3-4 inches outside of the distal end of the endoscope.
2. The EC connector should be attached to the hub to avoid damage to any of the electrical components.
3. Once the flexible endoscope is received, it will be inspected and the customer will be contacted with a diagnostic repair quote.
